Electromechanical Design

Many NREC systems incorporate unique, very compact components that require innovative electromechanical design. Our on-site design team and facilities allow us to create customized printed circuit boards that incorporate a variety of microprocessors and special-purpose integrated circuits. We also develop customized mechanical systems and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic actuators. For our unmanned vehicle work, we developed vehicle electronic control systems (vetronics) and hybrid electric power management systems.
