Overview
How mature is robotics? What kinds of problems does it solve? How can it be used successfully?
For the past 17 years, the National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC) at Carnegie Mellon University has been answering these questions. NREC scientists and engineers apply robotics to an unparalleled range of real-world systems. They’ve developed a keen understanding of how and where robotics can be used to solve very challenging problems.
Our 2 ½-day professional education course gives engineers and managers an opportunity to learn about robotics from our perspective. Applications and case studies show how currently-available technologies can solve the thorniest automation problems.
