Tour our Facility, Meet our Engineers and see Demos

Come and join us!! Open House at NREC (The National Robotics Engineering Center) 

“NIGHT AT NREC” 
Thursday, March 31 from 5:15 pm -7:15 

NREC will open their doors to Robotics enthusiasts for an event called the NIGHT AT NREC. Visitors (CMU students, staff and alumni) will be able to see our Engineering facility located in Lawrenceville, meet our Engineers and see demos of our most popular robots!  

We will have a scheduled tour of our facility starting at 5:45 PM where groups can come up close and personal with a number of our robots!! You will hear about some other current projects from the Engineers that are working on them. Its all really exciting stuff and great time to be in robotics!!! 


After the tour, we will have a free food/beverages and then engage in a Q&A about NREC, our culture, our current openings and more! 

Transportation: 
If you drive - Free parking is available onsite 
Bus transportation - PLEASE NOTE NEW PICK UP LOCATION** 

  • From campus:Lenzer Bus will be available for boarding and return at MOREWOOD AND FORBES. Bus will depart Oakland for NREC in Lawrenceville at 4:55 PM SHARP.
